After West Bromwich Albion’s away penalty shootout victory against Peterborough in the 4th round of the FA Cup Albion midfielder, James McClean took to Twitter to send a message to the home fans. It’s safe to say he didn’t get the best of receptions this evening at London Road but in the end, it was the Irishman who got the last laugh.

The victory sees Albion into the 5th round of the FA Cup for the second successive season where they face an away tie against Reading. West Brom have made hard work of their cup run so far needing two replays against both Bristol City and Peterborough. Reading beat Huddersfield in the 3rd round after a replay then beat Walsall 4-0 in the 4th round. The tie will be played a week on Saturday. Before that Albion’s next match is an away trip to Everton in the Premier League on Saturday.
