Three clubs enquire about availability of West Brom star
Three sides have contacted West Brom about the availability of winger Callum McManaman, as per a report from the Express & Star.
Two Premier League clubs; Burnley and Hull City, along with Championship side Sheffield Wednesday, have apparently got in touch with the Midlands’ side to discuss about the asking price for the former Wigan man.
It looks like West Brom will be willing to sell the 25-year-old after he hardly featured in Tony Pulis’ plans last season, and they’ll be looking to recoup most, if not all, of the £4.75m they paid the Latics back in January 2015.
The arrival of Matt Phillips from QPR has only knocked McManaman further down the pecking order, so he is likely to look for a move too, and with the chance to stay in the Premier League with one of the newly promoted sides, it would make sense for all parties if he was allowed to make a switch.
