Baggies interested in Manchester United forward
West Brom, Newcastle United and Hull City are all thought to be interested in signing Manchester United striker James Wilson on loan.
As reported by the Daily Mail, the striker is set to leave Old Trafford on a temporary basis after not being included in the squad to fly to China for their pre-season tour, despite impressing during the club’s 2-0 over Wigan, in what was Jose Mourinho’s first game in charge at the club.
Newcastle have reportedly made an approach for the striker as they target an immediate return to the Premier League.
Old Trafford officials are ready to let Wilson leave on a loan and after spending time in the Championship last season, the Premier League could be the next step for him.
Wilson spent the second half of last season on loan at promotion-chasing Brighton and scored three goals as they narrowly missed out on the joining England’s elite in the top-flight.
