Two Baggies head out on six-month loans
West Brom have let two young players, Ethan Ross and Tyler Roberts, go out on loan to Worcester City and Oxford United, respectively.
19-year-old goalkeeper Ross will join non-league side Worcester on a six-month loan in an attempt to get some regular first-team football against men, rather than him spending his time playing youth football.
Roberts will be playing at a higher level at Oxford United, who will play in League One next season. His deal is also for six months.
Roberts, who made his first-team debut at the end of last season against Liverpool, will get the chance to develop by playing regularly under former West Brom assistant head coach Michael Appleton.
Both players will stay out on loan until January, barring injury, as neither loan deal contain a recall clause, so even in case of an injury crisis, West Brom will not be able to being them back to the Hawthorns.
