West Brom rule out Chamakh signing
After it was reported earlier in the week that West Brom would not be offering Momo Sissoko a contract, Tony Pulis confirmed the news and also added that the club would not be adding their other trialist Marouane Chamakh a deal either.

The former Arsenal and Crystal Palace striker had been training with Albion in the hope of securing a short-term contract to allow him to continue his career in the Premier League but if he is to stay in England, it will not be with West Brom.
With Salomon Rondon, Saido Berahino and Hal Robson-Kanu already in the squad, plus the option of playing Nacer Chadli as a striker if needed, it looks like Puis has decided that he has enough depth in the forward department and that adding Chamakh would be unnecessary at this stage.
Chamakh will now have to hope that another Premier League manager feels that his squad needs another striker or he’ll be forced to play elsewhere.
