West Brom Predicted XI: Arsenal (A)
Last week’s defeat against Manchester United brought to an end a run of three successive home wins for West Brom, but Tony Pulis’ side still remain in a very strong position in the league table as they sit in 8th place.
A similarly daunting task is ahead of the Baggies on Boxing Day when they make the trip to London to face Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners themselves are coming off the back two two successive away league defeats at the hands of Everton and Manchester City respectively and will be desperate to get back to winning ways as they cannot afford to give up any more ground in the title race if they are to mount a genuine challenge.
Ahead of the game, the Baggies expect to welcome back Jonny Evans to the first-team squad after he’s been battling with a calf injury although James Morrison looks set to miss out with illness.
With that in mind, here’s our predicted West Brom XI for the game against Arsenal.
