Reports earlier in the week indicated that the Tigers were holding out for around £15m for the midfielder after rejecting a bid of £8m+add ons but it appears that the two sides have now come to an agreement.
The 27-year-old will now have a medical and discuss personal terms and providing all goes well, he could be unveiled as an Albion player by the end of the week.
Tony Pulis has obviously identified midfield as an area that he really wanted to improve and after missing out on Morgan Schneiderlin, he’s got his alternative choice in Livermore.
