West Brom tracking Wilfried Bony
West Brom are reportedly looking to bolster their attacking options by making a move for Manchester City striker Wilfried Bony.
According to a report from French news outlet FootMercato, the Baggies are looking to end Bony’s Premier League misery by giving him another chance to rekindle his form at top flight level.
Bony has been spending the season on loan at Stoke City but has failed to impose himself on the team at all and is very much out of favour.
This means that he’s unlikely to play again this season and is all but set for an exit from the Etihad in the summer as well, leading to interest from Tony Pulis at West Brom.
The Baggies will be keen to bolster their squad ahead of the 2017/18 campaign and will be hoping that they can sign players with top flight experience; something that Bony certainly doesn’t have a shortage of, following his spells with Swansea, Man City and Stoke.
