West Brom quoted £12m for Norwich winger
West Brom are one of several top flight clubs to have been linked with a move to sign Norwich winger Jacob Murphy this summer, and they’ll need to cough up £12m to bring him to the Hawthorns.
According to a report from the Newcastle Chronicle today, the Canaries are insistent that they will only accept offers of £12m and above, with Murphy attracting plenty of interest in recent times.
The England Under-21 international enjoyed a successful season at Carrow Road last term and will certainly have an ambition of playing in the Premier League as he continues to impress.
The Baggies are one of several teams keen on landing Murphy though, and they are stated to face competition from the likes of Newcastle, Southampton, Crystal Palace and Swansea, who are all vying for his signature.
Murphy is currently away with the England Under-21’s in Poland as they look to defeat their German counterparts in the European Championships, but he’s sure to have plenty of suitors upon his return to the country.
