Derby County have had a £2m bid accepted for West Brom target Tom Huddlestone.

According to Sky Sports, Hull have accepted Derby’s offer, with the midfielder looking set to make the switch to the IPro.

Premier League sides West Brom and Newcastle were considering moves for Huddlestone, but Derby appear to have beaten both of them to clinch a deal.

If there is serious interest from West Brom they still have the right to match Derby’s offer and hope they can give him a better deal than Derby are willing to.

West Brom signed midfielder Jake Livermore from Hull last season, who was Huddlestone’s midfield partner at Tottenham and Hull – with the possibility of them linking up for the third time.

The 30-year-old midfielder looks set to leave Hull after they were relegated from the Premier League last season.
