West Brom reportedly keen on Yuto Nagatomo
West Brom are one of several Premier League clubs reportedly taking an interest in Inter Milan defender Yuto Nagatomo.
It’s been claimed out in Italy, as reported by talkSPORT, that the Baggies want to land the experienced left-back, who is currently unsure as to whether he should extend his stay at the San Siro or not.
Nagatomo has held only a sporadic role in Inter’s side over the past few years, and could be keen to leave the club with just under two years remaining on his current contract.
The 31-year-old is an established Japanese international and is one of the most experienced players in Luciano Spalletti’s Inter squad.
Nagatomo has started four Serie A games for Inter this season, and has helped his side to reach 3rd place in the table after seven games.
West Brom are reasonably well stocked at full-back having signed Kieran Gibbs in the summer, but could move for Nagatomo if he does opt to seek pastures new, it seems.
