Albion suffered a heavy defeat to the reigning Premier League champions, meaning that they are now eleven games without a win.
Chelsea opened the scoring on 17 minutes after Alvaro Morata tucked home a rebounded shot from Eden Hazard. Hazard would make it 2-0 shortly after before Marcus Alonso made it three from Cesc Fabregas’ free kick.
Hazard completed the rout on 62 minutes, after another pass from Fabregas.
Tony Pulis’ job security hangs in the balance after the defeat, with the baggies now lying 17th in the table. After many reports that Pulis had the Chelsea game to save his job, many are wondering if we have seen the last of the Welshman at the Hawthorns.
