Swansea ready to make another move for Chadli
Swansea City are preparing to make another bid for West Bromwich Albion winger Nacer Chadli after failing to sign him last summer, according to a report on the Daily Star.
The Swans failed with a £15m bid in the summer as then Baggies boss Tony Pulis was not ready to sell Chadli without finding an adequate replacement.
Paul Clement is now ready to chase Chadli for a second time when the January transfer window opens and is now more confident of securing the deal.
Swansea are currently at the bottom of the Premier League and a major problem for Clement’s side has been creating chances in attack.
Chadli, who has experience of scoring and assisting in the Premier League, could help the Swans to be more fluid in the final third.
Baggies boss Alan Pardew knows that he must sell players first before buying any new faces in order to not breach Financial Fair Play rules so Chadli could be on his way out of the club very soon.
Pardew is desperate to bring in some new faces to his side who fell to a narrow defeat against Manchester United on Sunday afternoon.
Pardew seems to not know his best starting side yet and could use the sale of Chadli to recruit players.
