West Brom stretched to 18 games without a win as they were held to a 0-0 draw at home by Everton on Tuesday.

Alan Pardew was unable to provide a Boxing Day gift for the home fans, as they were treated to a Tony Pulis-like scoreline.

Everton sat back and soaked up West Brom’s pressure throughout the game, with The Baggies unable to break them down.

Pardew’s side struggled to find a way past Jordan Pickford, as they missed a host of good chances to take the three points.

West Brom remain in the relegation zone, three points adrift of safety, with 18 games left to play this season. Pardew now has a massive job on his hand to turn this around in the second half of the season.

With the January transfer window coming up, West Brom may look to bolster their attacking options.
