West Brom player ratings: Huddersfield (H)
West Brom’s future in the Premier League looks bleak as the Baggies suffered defeat to Huddersfield Town at the Hawthorns.
The result leaves Albion rock bottom of the Premier League table, with only one win in fourteen attempts under Alan Pardew.
After the first half ended goallessly, Huddersfield would take the lead early on the second half. Former Wolves winger Rajiv van La Parra got the first goal for the Terriers before Steve Mounier added the second for Huddersfield.
With fans heading for the exits, Craig Dawson got one back for West Brom. It would come too little too late for the Baggies, even after a couple of chances to equalise.
The result leaves West Brom in a whole load of trouble. With only one win under Pardew, the Baggies sit seven points adrift of Safety. Albion aren’t down yet, but it looks a big ask with how it currently stands…
