Alan Pardew is set to remain as West Brom manager for the time being after the club crisis talks this season.
West Brom’s board held discussions over the past few days in an attempt to decide the future of the club and what direction they wanted to take.
Following these talks, it has been decided that Pardew’s job is safe, for now, according to The Daily Mail.
This is despite the club sat rooted to the bottom of the Premier League table, with seven defeats in their last seven league matches.
Pardew took over from the much-maligned Tony Pulis earlier this season, but has failed to make any improvements to the West Brom team, with mass unrest amongst the fanbase.
Many expect Pardew to be replaced once they start to prepare for a Championship season next campaign.
However, it appears as though Pardew will get until the end of this season to manage the side/.
