Egyptian news outlet King Fut are reporting that both Everton and West Brom have submitted offers to Hull City for midfielder Ahmed Elmohamady.
The 28-year-old is out of contract in the summer and with no immediate signs of him extending his deal, a January move could be on the cards as Hull might look to recoup some of the £2million they paid Sunderland to sign him in 2013.
However, Hull could decide to keep him at the club until his deal expires as they are in prime position to make a return to the Premier League.
Steve Bruce’s side sit in third place in the Championship, just one point behind second-placed Derby County, and Elmohamady has been a mainstay in the side, appearing in all 25 league games up to this point.
The Egyptian international is comfortable playing as a right back and a right wing back, but has predominantly used as a right-sided midfielder this campaign.
