The report claims that mass fan unrest has forced the board into rethinking Pulis’ position at the club.
Pulis has won just two of his last 20 league matches in charge of West Brom, with the club currently sitting 16th in the Premier League table.
Fans have been unhappy with Pulis’ style of play for some time, with sour results turning fans against the English boss.
The Telegraph also claim that West Brom’s next match against Chelsea could determine his future in the next few weeks.
The Baggies host Chelsea after the international break and Pulis could have to pick up a positive result in order to save himself from the sack.
