West Brom remain eight points adrift of safety after the Baggies suffered a 4-1 defeat at home to Leicester this afternoon.
Albion were unable to hold on to their one-goal advantage, leading to a Leicester fightback that saw the Foxes come back in style.
Salomon Rondon did give West Brom hope early on, poking home from Oliver Burke’s cross to give Albion the lead.
It wouldn’t last long, with Jamie Vardy scoring a fantastic volley to level for Leicester, putting the ball straight past Ben Foster.
Riyad Mahrez then gave Leicester the lead just after halftime, finishing after a clever pass from Kelechi Iheanacho. The former Manchester City striker would then add to the scoresheet himself, heading in Ben Chilwell’s cross to wrap up the points for the Foxes.
Vicente Iborra then added a fourth in stoppage time from a corner.
The result again leaves Alan Pardew’s job security in jeopardy, with the former West Ham and Palace boss still only having one league win since joining Albion in November last year.
