West Brom and Sheffield United consider Roofe move
West Brom are considering a move to re-sign former academy star Kemar Roofe from Leeds United this summer.
Football Insider claims that both West Brom and Sheffield United are keeping tabs on the player.
Both clubs are looking for additions in the final third ahead of the new season.
Roofe has impressed since joining Leeds from Oxford and he was part of the squad that came close to securing promotion under Garry Monk.
The forward was released by West Brom back in 2015 after numerous loan spells away from the club.
He went on to join Oxford and would go on to make a name for himself there.
His performances in League Two earned him a move to Leeds, where he made the step up with ease.
Roofe netted 14 times for Leeds last season and was the club’s top scorer, but his future at the club is reportedly up in the air following the arrival of Marcelo Bielsa.
