West Brom continued their goalscoring run by putting seven past a lacklustre Queens Park Rangers side at the Hawthorns this afternoon.

The Baggies put in a sensational performance to dispatch of the R’s, who looked poor from start to finish.

Matt Phillips opened the scoring in the 29th minute for Albion, before QPR levelled not long after through Joel Lynch.

It was all Albion from there though, with Kieran Gibbs putting the Baggies back in front just after half time.

Jay Rodriguez netted from the spot minutes later, his first of the afternoon, before Dwight Gayle added a fourth for Albion.

Albion’s fifth of the afternoon came in the 82nd minute, with Rodriguez scoring from the spot again. Matt Phillips then scored the sixth in the 88th minute, before Hal Robson Kanu scored the final goal in stoppage time.

Here’s how we rated the Baggies on a great afternoon for the Albion faithful.
