The 29-year old Belgium international joins the Ligue 1 outfit on a three-year deal, after spending two years at The Hawthorns.
Chadli signed for Albion in the summer of 2016 for a then-club record fee of £13million from Tottenham Hotspur.
The Belgian was an integral player for the Baggies in his first season at the club, playing 31 times in the Premier League, but injuries plagued the World Cup bronze medalist last season, severely restricting his appearances to just four league games.
Having starred for Belgium in this summer’s World Cup in Russia, Chadli wasn’t keen on stepping down to the Championship for the current season and so he departs for the Stade Louis II.
Chadli made a total of 37 appearances for the club across all competitions, scoring six goals.
