Former Norwich City midfielder Wes Hoolahan is reportedly set to undergo a medical at West Brom today.
According to reports cited on the Birmingham Mail, the player is closing in on a short-term deal with the Baggies after leaving Norwich.
Both Hoolahan and ex-Norwich defender Russell Martin had been on trial at the club in a bid to impress Darren Moore, who is keen to add to his options in his squad.
The report only mentions Hoolahan, which may indicate that the latter will see his future elsewhere, however, no decision on Martin has been confirmed as of yet.
Moore played down a decision over the duo in his most recent press conference, claiming that the Baggies had not yet made up their mind over any deals, however, that no longer appears to be the case.
Hoolahan will go into the squad and provide competition for young Harvey Barnes who has been a regular for the Baggies so far this season.
