Blackburn manager Tony Mowbray has claimed that West Brom target Bradley Dack will not be leaving the club in the January transfer window.

Rovers’ 2017/2018 Player of the Season has continued his fine form into the Championship this year, managing to score 10 goals already, which has reignited interest from West Brom and Tottenham.

West Brom have made three bids for the player, including a £15 million which Blackburn have already rejected.

Mowbray has come out and sternly stated, as quoted by Team Talk, that the club will not be selling:

He won’t go anywhere, even if we get big bids, in this next window.

We bought him for £750k, if we sell him for £25million I’d hope I get a good chunk of that to spend on two or three players.

He wants to play in the Premier League and I’m sure he can. This window will come up quickly on us. My hope is that Bradley knocks on my door and says that he doesn’t want to go.

Last season, in Blackburn’s promotion back to the Championship, Dack scored 18 goals and grabbed himself 18 assists, which earnt him a position in the PFA League One Team of the Year.
