West Brom winger Bakary Sako could miss the trip to the Liberty Stadium on Wednesday night.
BBC Sport have reported that the player will face a late fitness test ahead of the game in Wales.
Sako missed the win over Ipswich last week with ‘a slight knock’ and it remains to be seen if he is fit enough to feature in the game against Graham Potter’s men.
The former Wolves man has made two appearances since joining the club and has not featured since the 1-0 defeat away to Hull at the start of the month.
The report also reveals that Kyle Bartley will miss the game. The defender is working his way back to full fitness following a knee injury but the game against his former side comes too quickly.
Darren Moore’s men will be keen to pick up another positive result as they continue to chase Norwich and Middlesbrough, who currently occupy the top two positions.
