West Brom have registered their interest in Leicester City midfielder Andy King, according to a report from John Percy of the Telegraph.
The 30-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season but the Foxes will release him in January so he can find a club and play regular first-team football.
The Welsh international has been at Leicester for 14 years and made his breakthorugh from their academy to the first team in 2006.
Since then, he’s gone on to play over 37o times for the Foxes, but he’s currently well down the pecking order at the King Power Stadium and as such, Leicester are happy to let him leave in the New Year.
West Brom have already declared thier interest in signing the midfielder on a free transfer, but inerested in the Welshman is set to be high as numerous Championship sides would also like to bring him in when the January transfer window opens.
