West Brom are interested in signing Cardiff City striker Ibrahim Meité, who is set to leave the club on a free next month, according to MailOnline.
The 22-year old forward has made just two first team appearances for the Bluebirds since signing in 2017, having spent the first half of last season in League Two with Crawley Town on a loan deal.
Meité had a trial with Russian Premier League side FC Ural Yekaterinburg last month at their mid-season training camp in Cyprus, playing a behind-closed-doors game against Enosis Neon Paralimni.
Following said trial, interest in his services have come from other Russian sides, with Spartak Moscow said to be keeping an eye on the player. Albion are joined by Saint-Etienne, Hannover 96 and Premier League side Watford in being keen on pursuing a deal.
