West Brom in the running to sign Portsmouth’s Jamal Lowe
West Brom are due to rival both Leeds United and Middlesbrough for Portsmouth forward Jamal Lowe.
According to Sky Sports reporter Keith Downie, all three Championship clubs are interested in signing the player after catching the eye in League One.
Lowe came through the ranks at Barnet and endured something of a stop-start career as a youngster, but has settled at Portsmouth.
He is playing a key role in Kenny Jackett’s side promotion push, with Portsmouth currently sitting top of the pile in the third tier.
Lowe has been highly rated for some time but is now finally realising his potential at Pompey, who are expected to face a fight to keep hold of a number of their key players in the near future.
The 24-year-old has ever-present in League One this season and has found the back of the net 10 times already.
