West Brom were knocked out of the FA Cup as they lost 3-1 to Brighton on Wednesday night.
The Baggies took the lead in the 77th minute through Kyle Bartley as he poked the ball in on the line, before Florian Andone struck five minutes later to send the game to extra-time.
Glenn Murray then came off the bench for Brighton to win the game with two goals in extra-time to make it 3-1.
Here is how we rated West Brom’s players…
Jon Bond: 5
Should have done better for Andone’s goal.
Tyrone Mears: 6
Not good, not bad. Average.
Kyle Bartley: 5
Despite scoring, which should have been disallowed, Bartley made a massive error leading to Brighton’s equaliser.
Tosin Adarabioyo: 4
Looked all over the place. Constantly gave the ball away.
Conor Townsend: 5
No real troubles defensively, but was appalling when he tried to get forward. Crossing was abysmal.
Jake Livermore: 7
Decent game before he came off.
Rekeem Harper: 6
Looked good on the ball and energetic early on, but it was his dreadful touch which led to Brighton’s third. Nothing to worry about, though, as it was clearly a case of tired legs.
Sam Field: 5
Didn’t really offer much during the game.
Wes Hoolahan: 8
West Brom’s best player, comfortably. Everything good went through him and he was a constant threat on the ball.
Jay Rodriguez: 5
Tested the keeper a few times before coming off at half-time.
Hal Robson-Kanu: 5
Apart from hitting the bar with a well-struck volley, Robson-Kanu was poor.
