West Bromwich Albion are currently in fourth place in the Championship and will be hoping to gain promotion back to the Premier League.
The Baggies were one of the favourites to earn automatic promotion since the start of the season but it seems that they’ll need to do so through the playoffs.
There are some key players whose contracts are nearing expiry at the club. We’ve listed them below (excluding loan players).
The veteran’s deal expires at the end of the campaign but he has already made it clear that he wouldn’t mind staying another year.
Another veteran whose contract will end this summer.
The young midfielder is highly rated but is yet to be offered a new deal by the Baggies. His contract expires at the end of June.
The 32-year-old’s deal also expires at the end of June, but he has an option of extending that for another year.
The midfielder is nearing the end of his career and at the age of 36, West Brom are unlikely to extend his stay at the club.
Myhill is 36 and has struggled for first-team action. He will be a free agent this summer.
