West Brom are facing a summer of turmoil after it was reported that as many as 12 players could be leaving the club.
The Telegraph report that six senior players could be heading out the door, while the loanees in the West Brom squad will also return to their parent clubs.
The likes of Jay Rodriguez, Tuesday night’s goalscorer Craig Dawson, Ahmed Hegazi, Matt Phillips, Jake Livermore and Kieran Gibbs are all facing uncertain futures at the Hawthorns.
To make matters worse for the Baggies, the six loanees at the Hawthorns that include the likes of Dwight Gayle, Jacob Murphy and Mason Holgate are also being tipped to return to their parent clubs.
Johansen recently signed a new deal with Fulham and Tosin Adarabioyo has been in and out the Baggies side this season after joining from Manchester City.
The report adds that the Baggies are preparing for a rebuilding job this summer, as they aim to put together a younger squad that can fight for promotion next season.
