Baggies decide not to pursue deal for Mislav Orsic
West Bromwich Albion will reportedly not pursue a move for Dinamo Zagreb ace Mislav Orsic and we feel this could be a crucial decision.
As reported on the Birmingham Mail, the Baggies will turn to other targets this summer after not having enough details regarding the Croatian in their scouting reports.
As stated in the report, the 27-year-old was linked with a move to the Championship side during the January transfer window but a move did not materialise, with Slaven Bilic turning to Kamil Grosicki and Callum Robinson.

Why could this prove to be decisive? Firstly, because the Baggies could be left short on wide options.
Grady Diangana and Robinson are scheduled to return to their parent clubs at the end of the season, meaning Bilic’s side could need replacements and we feel Orsic could have been an ideal arrival.
The attacker clearly is talented, proven by his four goals in the UEFA Champions League group stages this season, along with his 12 goals in the Croatian top-flight (Transfermarkt).
The Baggies don’t want to sign him based on just his recent form, which is understandable, but form breeds confidence and we believe that could be exactly what the team needs if they do go up this term.
As well as confidence, we feel his quality and experience of top-level football could be useful to the Baggies if they secure promotion to the Premier League.
