Tottenham have made an offer of around £4.4m to Fenerbahce for striker Vedat Muriqi, according to a report from Turkish outlet A Spor.
West Brom have been linked with a move to sign the Kosovo international in recent weeks, but it looks like Spurs have stolen a march on the Baggies by making an official bid for him.
However, that offer is likely to be rejected by Fenerbahce, with reports a few weeks ago claiming that the Turkish side were holding out for bids of around £20m for the 26-year-old.

Whilst it seems highly unlikely that West Brom would bid £20m for Muriqi, if the going rate is closer to the £4.5m that Spurs apparently offered, then Albion could well be in the mix.
Whilst the chance to join Spurs could appeal, the Kosovo international would likely have more chance of playing regularly at West Brom, which could tempt him to move to The Hawthorns.
