Kamil Grosicki continues to be left out of West Bromwich Albion’s matchday squad, but he’s not letting it get him down. He missed Sunday’s 2-2 draw with Aston Villa but remains in good spirits if his social media is anything to go by.

The 32-year-old has kept fans abreast of his actions throughout the season and  recently posting pictures and videos on to his Instagram stories of him prepared a big family dinner, working hard in the gym and spreading awareness of an important fundraiser.

Grosicki showed off a wooden table for four which was full of food and drink for his family. He then had a picture with Grady Diangana in the gym before posting a video of him performing lifts with a barbell. The last appearance Grosicki made was back in January, but it’s good to see him working on his conditioning.

Finally, the Polish international posted a picture of a fundraiser for Wiktor Lewicki – a young boy at St. Louis Children’s Hospital who needs specialist treatment in the US after undergoing chemotherapy in Poland. He also needs a nine-month stay in aftercare which will cost around PLN 9.5 million (£1.8m) and time is running out to raise the money.
