Despite being 33 years of age and a free agent, Kamil Grosicki isn’t giving up on finding a new club. The Polish international left West Bromwich Albion at the end of June when his contract expired, but he’s no closer to finding another side ahead of the new season.
Grosicki is doing everything in his power to put himself in the shop window if his Instagram is anything to go by, however, as he’s frequently posting pictures and videos on his Instagram story of him working out. The latest saw him keeping fit alongside wife Dominika, so he’s not wasting away while a free agent.
Grosicki made only 19 appearances in 18 months at West Brom, scoring just one goal with five assists, so his reputation took a hit. And with the 33-year-old being dropped from Poland’s national team, missing out on this summer’s 2020 European Championships, his career is starting to spiral.
Grosicki had interest from Nottingham Forest, Legia Warsaw and Pogoń Szczecin, but it appears the offers have dried up now. Grosicki’s social media activities suggest he’s returned to Poland, so he might join a club in the Ekstraklasa next.
